I was in Circuit City on Saturday. On an endcap advertising DVD box sets of TV series was a sign reading "Commerical Free".
I seem to have been the only person in the entire country to notice it or be amused. I fear for our nation, especially in light of the Citibank debacle already chronicled.

Given that so many DVDs now pimp other movies or TV shows in a promotional track that plays before the DVD menu is displayed, I wonder if those DVDs really are "commercial free".
Bob, I don't think you got it. Carl reports that the sign said "Commerical Free," not "Commercial Free."
As for whether it's funny: I think it is, in a rather depressing sort of way.
